My name is Julian Murphy and I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2013.
I was driven to a life of fitness initially as a byproduct of my desire for self-improvement. While assessing certain life goals, fitness was one of the goals on the list. I decided to make fitness a priority in my life, I became a trainer to help individuals who also wanted to make their health and fitness a priority in their lives.
As we have recently come out of a pandemic in this country(and worldwide), I believe it is more important now than ever for individuals to become more proactive with prioritizing their health and fitness.

My training philosophy
Discipline trumps motivation. Motivation is great but it is a feeling that is sporadic and is not reliable for long term success. Being discipline removes the "feeling" element of working towards the goal and focuses being action oriented.
