I’m a patient, kind, and understanding fitness professional with 7 years in the business. My own battles with weight gain led me into a fitness career. When I finally got out of my own way, both my mind and body transformed. I’m a trainer who will listen to your needs and your goals. All workouts are tailored to focus on your areas of greatest concern. This exercise program will challenge you, while also proving to yourself just how abundantly capable and strong YOU are. Whether I train you or someone else, stay committed to yourself. Most importantly, know that having a trainer is great, but having belief in yourself and pushing through consistently is where your TRUE strength resides. YOU got this…with or without a trainer!

Kristen arrives with a smile on her face and a soothing yet determined attitude. Our workouts are intense but at the same time doable. She is a proponent of listening to your body, and never pushes too hard. I particularly enjoy when an exercise is too difficult or due to soreness, hurts, she’ll switch up the exercise to accommodate me while still targeting the same muscle group. She is definitely knowledgeable and has a wide range in her ‘tool-kit’. For me, she’s the best I could have asked for.
I've been working with Kristen for a few months now, and she's amazing. She pushes me hard enough and challenges me every time without pushing me beyond my limits. I'm appreciative of her and her training style. Every week it's something different too which keeps it fun & exciting. She's kind, understanding, but means business. I highly recommend her as a trainer and wish I could have her more times a week if I could! also the FYT platform is very convenient with the booking / transactional process.
Kristen is such a supportive, caring trainer who takes an extremely personalized approach to training and helping you become fit and healthy.
