About Perry
I specialize in programming for the busy professional who's looking to maintain fitness with a demanding schedule, and for the person who is serious about getting in shape.
I love the fitness process, the science and biomechanics of the body, and healthy nutrition.
A little more about me:
I was a fat kid who got interested in working out. Never looked back.
I competed as a powerlifter in college, then after college started a business career, but the gym has always been a constant and my happy place.
I also write and edit fitness content for well-known influencers.
My favorite client story
52-year old female client who at one time was a figure competitor. Got away from competing due to extremes required to compete. Approached me to help her maintain her physique in a sustainable way that fit her lifestyle. She recently texted me this: "Got random compliment at work from a lady...your legs look great...and [your hips are] amazing....girl you got it going on."
