I know what it's like to be middle-aged with life stresses, and the associated aches and pains. My aim is to introduce a fitness lifestyle based on science (not fads) that adds fun and vitality, and delivers results!

A little more about me:
I was a fat kid who got interested in working out. Never looked back.
I competed as a powerlifter in college, then after college started a business career, but the gym has always been a constant and my happy place.
On the side, I write and edit fitness blogs, websites, and podcasts.
My favorite client story
52-year old female client who at one time was a figure competitor. Got away from competing due to extremes required to compete. Approached me to help her get back into bodybuilding in a sustainable way that fit her lifestyle (amd rock her clothes). She recently texted me this: "Got random compliment at work from a lady...your legs look great...and [your hips are] amazing....girl you got it going on."
