I'm a fit 60-year-old with a life-long love of the gym. I was a skinny kid-turned fat kid who turned to exercise. So, I understand the struggles. My focus is on the 40-ish-and-up person who wants to improve their fitness level, particularly their body composition (aka get leaner, look and feel better). I specialize in programming for the busy traveling professional who's looking to get, or stay, fit on-the-road. I know what it's like to be middle-aged with life stresses, and the associated aches and pains. My aim is to introduce a fitness lifestyle that adds fun and vitality, and delivers results!
I love the fitness process, the science and biomechanics of the body, and healthy nutrition. I competed as a powerlifter in college, then after college started a business career, but the gym has always been a constant and my happy place.
On the side, I write and edit fitness blogs, websites, and podcasts.
