I'm a fit 59-year-old with a life-long love of the gym. I was a skinny kid-turned-fat kid-turned-fit kid...who turned to exercise. So, I understand the struggles.
I love the fitness process, the science and biomechanics of the body, and healthy nutrition. I competed as a powerlifter in college and after college entered a business career, but the gym has always been my happy place.
My focus is on the 40-ish-and-up person who wants to improve their fitness level, particularly their body composition (aka get leaner and look better). I further specialize in programming for the busy traveling professional who's looking for ways to get or stay fit on-the-road.
I know what it's like to be middle-aged with life stresses, and the associated aches and pains. My aim is to introduce a fitness lifestyle that adds fun and vitality, and delivers results!
I also write and edit for a best-selling fitness author, and produce a podcast entitled The Smarter Sculpted Physique.
