Hi, I'm Rebecca.

I'm a personal trainer passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. With years of experience working alongside healthcare and fitness professionals, I understand the importance of proper movement, injury prevention, and building a foundation for long-term success.

I am certified in ACL Sportsmetrics, a specialized training program designed to help athletes reduce their risk of ACL injuries and safely return to sport following ACL reconstruction. Through evidence-based training strategies, I help athletes improve movement mechanics, build strength, and develop confidence as they return to competition while minimizing the risk of re-injury.

As an avid runner and lifter, I understand the dedication it takes to pursue challenging fitness goals. I enjoy trail running, endurance races, and strength training, and I love helping others discover what they're capable of achieving. Whether you're just getting started with exercise, looking to lose weight, build strength, begin a running program, train for a race, or improve your overall fitness, I'm passionate about coaching individuals of all experience levels.

I believe exercise should be challenging, effective, and sustainable. My approach focuses on education, accountability, and consistency, helping clients build habits that lead to lasting results. Every training program is customized to fit your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.

I offer both virtual coaching and in-person training, including traveling to clients for added convenience. No matter where you're starting from, my goal is to provide the guidance, support, and accountability you need to move better, feel stronger, and become the healthiest version of yourself.
