Geraldine is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Fitness Trainer with a perfect record of zero incidents or injuries specializing in Strength Training, Body Recomposition, Muscle Toning, Body Fat Reduction, High Intensity Interval Training, and Slow Resistance Training. In addition to being a registered Yoga Instructor Geraldine has an extensive professional background in Dance and Pilates where she is an expert at functional movement patterns and improving mobility and flexibility. She is also a Kickboxing instructor and TRX-certified with almost 10 years of private and group training experience.
