I have been training for around 10 months. I started personal training with Karo around the same time. Karo has been an amazing trainer for me and has helped me reach my goals in so many ways. She has helped me fix a lot of back problems I have had from working from home and also helps me with proper form. Karo is very knowledgeable when it comes to exercises and has also helped me with tips for nutrition and keeping me aligned with my goals. So far I have lost over 50 pounds since training with Karo and couldn't have done so without her. Overall I have had a great time training with Karo and would highly recommend her if you are planning on training!
