Aloha, I'm Zak and I instruct the Small Group Training, Online Fitness and Nutritional Coaching and instructor for the One-to-One Personal Training. I have been a trainer for over 10+ years and fitness is my passion. I served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years as an Infantryman where I fought in Afghanistan (2006) and Iraq (2007). I am a life long student of Martial Arts from Kung Fu and Karate to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I love helping people reach their fitness goals and setting them on the path to long term success. I care for each of my clients and want to see them succeed. I NEVER train any two people the same way.
