Intensity Fitness is the truth! My first personal training experience and I'm glad it started here with Sid. I'm about 3 weeks in and I feel very comfortable with my fitness level (not embarrassed when I have to stop) and encouraged to push harder. I've noticed my personally growth in endurance from day one up to now. I have attended the group sessions but mainly go for personal training; I would recommend both. The atmosphere is cool, music is good and just to note if you have questions about techniques or anything pertaining to your fitness needs; Sid is more than willing to help. Started training at Intensity Fitness about a year ago. I'd tried a couple of different traditional gyms with no success. Then I met coach Sid. WOW! He was the first personal trainer I've ever had that motivated me to commit to my health. Coach Sid has such an Amazing energy and vibe, it makes you give him your very best. I attribute my health to coach Sid inspiring me to stay accountable. As an added bonus I get to train in a top notch, super clean environment full of some of the latest equipment to help me achieve all my goals. Where coach Sid excels is his ability to keep your training fresh and new. Always keeping you guessing and tricking your body so you don't plateau. Sid is a great and patient instructor with a positive attitude! He is great at explaining the techniques and strategies for both stand up work and ground defense. I highly recommend him for personal training in self defense.

I love the motivation from the instructor and the creative/challenging workouts. Sid's workouts have really kept me interested and motivated and the best part about them is that they've produced consistent results! He's also gives great advice on meal prep ideas and knows a LOT about the nutritional needs of the body and marrying that together with fitness to enhance greater results. I look forward to coming here everyday because the atmosphere is always supportive, the energy is high, and my body never gets tired and bored from repetitious workouts! #LoveIntensityFitness????
