About Tracy

My passion is fitness in general, but fitness that is fun and engaging. I am also very passionate about 'senior fitness' - Helping to strengthen weak muscles and enabling/teaching people how not to fall by concentrating on balance and functional training. My job is to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. If you want to lose weight, just feel better or work on stability and balance to enjoy your life more, I will help make it happen. I can help you set the goals and make a plan to achieve them. You will sweat, you will grown, you will get stronger and you will smile. I truly love what I do. It is not a job, it is a passion. As your trainer, motivator and cheering committee, I am accountable to you. However, you are accountable to me so I can keep you on track. No matter your reason for training it is a team effort. Exercise does not have to be all doom and gloom. Fitness is a way of life, it should not take all day and it should be something you enjoy. I am very creative! There will be laughing (yes and groaning)
