About Wanda

I became a personal trainer after I decided i needed to lose weight for my health and I lost over 40 pounds. I had no motivation or energy. So when I was in my early 30s I decided enough was enough. I did a little research and found a workout plan that worked for me and also changed my eating habits it was not easy but its possible to do. I stuck to my routine with my workout plan and started also prepping my meals for the week. When the weight started coming off I was so excited to see my results and how I started feeling eating healthier foods. I started pushing myself everyday after work. I had my workout clothes ready so when I came home from work I had no excuse not to workout. That's were my love for fitness started I love helping others reach their goals. I love seeing the transformation of others who are really motivated,dedicated and also discipline. Age has no limit in fitness I will never stop working out fitness is my medicine!
