About Allie
Hey, I’m Allie — a women’s strength coach and personal trainer based in Boise and Meridian. I’ve been coaching since 2015 and specialize in helping busy women over 40 lose fat, build strength, and finally ditch the extremes for good. My approach is simple: no cookie-cutter plans, no high-impact nonsense, just smart, strength-based workouts and real accountability.
A typical session with me is personalized, supportive, and structured around your goals and limitations. I’ve worked with women navigating menopause, old injuries, weight loss medications, and just plain life chaos. I love seeing my clients go from nervous to confident — lifting heavier, moving better, and realizing they can get amazing results without wrecking their bodies or their schedules.
I became a trainer after years of trying to "outrun" a bad diet and chasing a version of fitness that felt more like punishment. Now I coach with the goal of helping women feel strong, capable, and comfortable in their own skin — in and out of the gym.
