You can expect a knowledgeable professional of 20 years whose focus will be to empower and build the client into a conditioned "Great Mover". This means that through my programming and listening to the client's needs/goals/dreams we can put together an awesome plan to prepare you for any sport or fitness lifestyle. This can be from preseason conditioning to participating in a fitness event (Tough Mudder - Marathon - Dodgeball ) to learning the proper techniques to " jump and dunk on ya" or to get in shape for the beach.
