My name is Octavia Page I have been training over 10 years I'm a Rhuematoid arthritis warrior and have taken the time to become a cerfied program leader with the Arthritis Foundation as well. I love to help others make fitness and healthy living a lifestyle. I care about your future not just right now. Let me help add some enjoyable years to your life rather its strength training, weight loss, Toning up or Cardio. I became a trainer to be able to help my son who has Cerebral Palsy and i wanted to understand how the muscles work and for him to live a long and healthy life.
My favorite client story
I had a client that had arthritis and it was debilitating but she really wanted to gain some movement back in her joints. I did a chair class with her and she was so excited and said she never heard of strength training from a chair. Well she has gain full use of her arms back and she feels good.
