About Brandon

I help skinny guys gain 10+lbs in 3 months using simple nutrition tactics and weight training. I became a trainer because all throughout high school I was extremely underweight, lacked confidence in myself, and was shy in public. This was because I didn’t like the way my body looked. I lacked muscle and strength. Through years of trial and error, studying fitness at Purdue University, and working with hundreds of clients over the last 8 years, I’ve created a nutrition/training system that helps guys become muscular and stronger.
