My training experience

I have been involved in fitness since I was young. My interest started because of my martial arts background. I competed in mixed martial arts events and understanding how to train to gain optimal results became of great interests to me. This meant learning to train, eat, and live right to achieve my goals. I became a personal trainer in 2009 to share my knowledge and love of fitness to others.
