My favorite client story

My client Angela followed me when I left my previous gym, and she brought her husband and mother-in-law along with her. Watching that family commit to their health together has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. All three of them are stronger, moving better, and healthier than when we started. We have built something really special, and that is exactly why I do this.

My favorite exercise

Stiff-legged deadlifts or belt squats — I genuinely cannot pick just one. Both are incredible for building lower body strength and size with the right mechanics. Legs are my favorite to train and these two movements are at the top of the list.

My training philosophy

Obstacles are the path. Every plateau, every hard session, every moment of doubt is an opportunity to grow — that is the Beyond Boundaries philosophy. I believe in progressive overload, disciplined execution, and showing up consistently even when it is hard. Strength is built over time, not overnight, and I am here to coach you through every step of that process.

My training experience

I spent the first four years of my career training clients at multiple gyms while simultaneously building my business online, coaching remote clients and earning my ISSA Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning Specialist certifications. In September 2025, after five years in the industry, I went all in — leaving chain gym work behind to run Beyond Boundaries full time. I now deliver elite, individualized in-home training to clients who are serious about results.
