About Bryce
My name is Bryce, and I’m passionate about helping others transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, and faith. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree and am certified in personal training and nutrition coaching. My journey to this point has been guided by faith, family, and a deep desire to improve not just myself, but also those around me. I was blessed to be mentored by my grandfather, a pastor and professor of biblical studies, who instilled in me the importance of faith, discipline, and serving others. Growing up, I trained in wrestling, and today I continue to train in jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing. However, despite my active lifestyle, I faced my own struggles with health. Six years ago, I was battling a sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, and bad habits that were taking a toll on my body. At my lowest, I weighed 125 lbs, and frequent sicknesses caused the progress I made in the gym to slip away. I knew something had to change, so I began to educate myself on fitness and wellness. Through trial and error, I learned how to eat better, find the right supplements, and train efficiently. Over time, I went from 125 lbs to 175 lbs, reaching the healthiest and fittest point of my life. Now, my mission is clear: To use my knowledge and experiences to guide others on their own journey to health. I believe that true wellness involves physical strength, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for someone to help you reach the next level, I’m here to provide the support and guidance you need to succeed. If you’re ready to make a lasting change in your life, let’s work together to achieve your goals and glorify God through the process.

My training experience
Took my first weightlifting class in freshman year in high school in 2005 and continued till 2009. I then took another weight lifting class my freshman year of college in 2009. Got to the biggest I had ever been, then unexpectedly ran into some health problems that sent me back years. All my muscle had deteriorated and had to start all over again. I restarted my fitness journey but wasn't really focused on it until 2018 where I really started making it a priority in life. Now that I have been staying consistent I have had good results and learned a ton in the process. I decided to make it my life mission to help others achieve their fitness goals and do my part in making the world a better, healthier place
