I also have a range of certification through the American Red Cross including instructor of CPR/AED and First Aid, I have personal trainer and Instructor certifications.

My fitness journey has been a testament to the principle of discipline and consistency. From conquering personal fitness goals to embracing a healthy lifestyle, I've experienced the transformative effects that come from nurturing both body and mind.
