I started my fitness journey in 2015 with Pilates and Yoga. It opened the doors to weight lifting and wanting to expand my knowledge. I began to study for the ACE CPT and got certified in 2019.
I work with all kinds of different people. Both women and men. People looking for weight loss all the way to people wanting to put on muscle.
Typical sessions are 1 hour and I offer both group and personal training.
