About Kenny

I help both men and women of all ages with all types of fitness goals. I've helped clients succeed in there 60s that started at over 300 lbs lose weight and improve their daily movement functionality to high school athletes improve their agility and explosiveness. My goal is to understand your goals then help you achieve them.

Fitness is just as mental as it is physical. We'll work together on building sustainable, healthy habits that fit into YOUR lifestyle. If you feel that you already have the tools but want to break through a plateu, I got you too!

I'm in this to help people and make it enjoyable. Our sessions will be focused, you'll learn a lot, and I'll be there to support you outside the sessions as well! Health is more about what you do when you're not working out than it is when you are.
