My fitness journey commenced in my teenage years, where a passion for weight lifting and running ignited. Over time, this foundation evolved into a deep commitment to physical well-being, leading me to dedicate over 11 years as a Unit Physical Trainer in the Air Force.

In the dynamic Air Force environment, I played a pivotal role in helping colleagues unlock their full physical potential. This experience not only solidified my training expertise but also cultivated a profound understanding of the unique demands placed on individuals within the military.

Taking a brief pause for the incredible journey of pregnancy, I returned with heightened determination and an expanded skill set. Armed with certifications as a Nutritionist, Coach, and Trainer, I broadened my offerings to encompass a holistic approach to health. This shift allowed me to address not only physical fitness but also the pivotal role of nutrition and coaching in the overall wellness equation.

Beyond personal training, my commitment extends to community wellness, evident in my active participation in local Omaha committees. Serving on these committees enables me to contribute to initiatives that bring health and wellness resources to the community, fostering a culture of well-being at the grassroots level.
