Hello! I am an ACE Certified personal trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I do training out of my home in Grimes, IA. I also teach exercise classes at Mercy Health and Fitness. I love to exercise and share my love with others! I create a fun and comfortable environment. I specialize in weight loss but welcome anyone! I create fun routines with resistance and cardio intervals and they are always different so you will never get bored.

I started close to a month a ago and with Star Fitness and I can see and feel the changes.
