My favorite exercise
Anything that doesn't feel like exercise!! Fun movements like dancing, walking, and games reduce stress levels and cortisol. I also love functional exercises that make a person feel strong. Squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, and other functional body-weight exercises.
