Hello! My name is Meredith. I grew up with a very unhealthy relationship with food as well as exercise (movement). In high school I began playing sports, and realized I actually liked exercise. As I began exercising regularly and eating a healthier diet, I realized I wanted to help other people on their health journey as well. I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise, and I am working on my Senior Fitness Specialist through ACE as well.
