About Mila

My name is Camila, but you can call me Coach Mila! I moved from Brazil to Kentucky when I was sixteen years old. I went to college and lived in Kentucky for four years. My husband and I got married and moved to Jacksonville, Fl in 2019.

I have always loved exercising and encouraged my friends to go to the gym with me. During the covid pandemic in 2020, my work load as a behavioral therapist was light and I saw an opportunity to become a Certified Personal Trainer!

Since then, I fell inlove with being a trainer! I started my own company, Mila Fitness (Est. 2022)! I currently help people become healthy by teaching them how to exercise effectively and acquire a high protein diet! With my training you will get:

-45-60 min session

-Specialized Programming

-Muscle group rotation each week

-Tips for a sustainable high protein diet

My favorite client story

Langley Evans wanted to look toned and beautiful for her Wedding day. She started her fitness journey a year prior to her big day. She lost 15lbs in a year period, and looked more "toned" than ever. She continues to workout as a habit and has set new goals to run a marathon.

My favorite exercise

Seated hip abduction machine, ball tuck ins, any creative/different kind of exercise.

My favorite quote

"no unbelief made her waiver concerning the promise of God" - Romans 4:20

My training philosophy

I love to teach and encourage young women to exercise with confidence.

My training experience

I have been a personal trainer for almost three years now. I have helped many girls who were intimidated by exercising to get into a workout routine as a habit for life. They have learned and continue to learn so many exercises as they work on their fitness goals.
