About Tamara
I am a certified fitness profeasional with over decade of exeperience in fitness industry. My goal is to guide you towards healthier lifestyle and I am working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels including pregnant and postpartum ladies. Since every person is unique having different strengths or limitations, I'm always adjusting fitness program to fit the best to each client's needs and goals. As an online trainer, I can train with you whetever you are and you do not need a lot of space neither too much equipment. You just have to show up and and let me guide you through the best program that works for you!
My favorite exercise
I love full body exercises with free weights such as squat with biceps curl to shoulder press. Engaging more muscles at once provide efficient workout that burn more calories and increase full body strength,and some of them also balance and coordination.
My training experience
I started my fitness journey in my late teen years doing mostly cardio on my own and some bodyweight exercises. I was spending a lot of time in the gym thinking the longer workout the better plus I was not doing a lot of weight due to fear to get what "too muscular". However, as I was educating more myself and try out different things I realized that you can do a great workout in less time plus using weight will actually help me reach my goals and lead to stronger body and higher self confidence. The same I m teaching my clients now so they can get the most in less time and reach their goals.
