About Valerie


I'm Valerie and am an ACE certified personal trainer and owner of THE FITNESS FORUM LLC and Neptus Nutrition, focusing on a holistic approach to health!

I'm a former competitive powerlifter, runner, and swimmer and current bodybuilding competitor (Figure) and am currently pursuing my M. S. in Dietetics and Nutrition.

I have celrtifications and/or experience in the below listed areas and would LOVE to get to know you and your goals!

Areas of expertise: Senior fitness, Weight loss (fat loss), Weight gain, Strength Training, Cardiovascular endurance, Flexibility, Sports nutrition, PRT/PFA strategies (military fitness), Performance/Competitive sports training (Running, Powerlifting).

I have a private home studio in 32258 with lots of diverse, commercial-grade equipment.

I travel to client locations for additional fee.

I LOVE strength training - especially back day! If I had to pick one exercise though, probably a back row!

My training experience

In high school, I ran cross country and track, swam, and played soccer. I was recruited to the collegiate level for cross country but ended up captain of a collegiate powerlifting team after falling in love with lifting! Now, I compete in bodybuilding and have a love for all things fitness! ????
