I have worked in the health and wellness industry since 2006, focusing on creating healthy habits for my clients. The clients I have worked with range from youth athletes to women with osteoporosis. I truly enjoy seeing all my clients gain confidence and happiness in themselves. I picked health and fitness because it made me feel good to be a positive motivation in someone else's life. I competed in sports in high school and college and still enjoy volunteer coaching and referring youth sports. When I work with clients I like to do multiple exercises focusing on safe movements according to the clients ability. I believe health is our greatest invest in life!
My favorite client story
I had a client who was originally just a potential client because she wasn't sure about joining a fitness center because of low self-esteem. I made it a point of mine that everyday she was in the facility to greet and congratulate her and ask her if she needed any help with her workout for the day. At first she was very shy and would just wave and walk away. Overtime she would ask me about a piece of equipment and I would show her how it works and watch her perform a set giving her the proper ques, and positive feed back she deserved. Eventually she decided to accept my services and starting reaching her health and fitness goals. She came in one day after being a member for about 3 months and said to me "Thank you for all you have done for me. I never would have made this a habit without your positive motivation." Knowing I made a change for good in someone's life made me realize how grateful I am for each and everyone of my clients.

My training philosophy
My philosophy is movement is key! I think if a client has the ability to move with out pain safely and does so continually in a tailored exercise routine they are going to get results.
My training experience
I have been a trainer since 2006 working in many different areas of fitness, health, and wellness. I've trained youth and college athletes, Elderly, and individuals of all special populations (diabetes, hypertension, pregnancy, obesity, depression, etc.). Over the years I have become more equipped and developed as a trainer to better meet my clients health and fitness needs.
