I've been training others in fitness for the past 8 years, the last 6 of which were spent as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach at various universities, including University of Washington, Ole Miss, Dartmouth College, University of Montana, and Southern Utah University. As I traveled around and learned from the best coaches across the country, I not only developed my coaching abilities, but saw the amazing effects on my athletes/clients lives from successful training programs. I came to realize that high caliber training isn't readily accessible to the general public, and now have a goal of providing easy access to effective, affordable training built around the customer’s own preferences and needs. Each program and training session is unique to the individual, but true to scientifically proven principles that deliver lasting results, unlike anything you've ever done before.
