About Jason
I am retired U.S. Air Force. I spent 23 years as a military police officer. I have deployed to some of the most dangerous places on earth and I accredit my success to my health, wellness, and fitness. Fitness is not just about the physical but mental as well. I like to take a holistic approach and personalize each session for my clients. I believe wellness should be individualized, just as if you were seeing a therapist for life's many trials and tribulations. Therefore, personal training should treated the same and tailored to the individual.
I offer a free consultation where I will determine your training needs, discuss your goals, and give recommendations on macronutrients and diet.
Please know that I am very empathetic and understanding if you are new to the gym. It can be confusing and intimidating for some. Thus, I offer a free gym orientation to ensure you are comfortable with the area, equipment, and culture.

Any compound exercise. Core lifts, such as bench press, deadlift, squat, overhead press, pull-ups, weighted dips...

My training philosophy
You have to start somewhere.
My training experience
I have been exercising since I was able to curl a 5lbs dumbbell. My father taught me the importance of proper form, exercise, nutrition, and cardiovascular health. Since I was able to walk, I started playing soccer. Then, as I became older I added weight training. During my first deployment to Iraq in 2004, I increased my bench press from a one rep max of 185lbs to 300lbs in 7 months. Now, 21 years later, I am doing what I love.
