Lauren is a beyond wonderful trainer! I began my workout journey looking for some life balance of self care and aiming to become more fit/strong, and I can truly report that she helped me achieve that. What sets Lauren apart from any other trainer? Well she doesn’t just make workouts targeting your goals, she guides you to understand the purpose of each set, only making each workout more enjoyable and satisfactory. I don’t know about you but I know when I’m working out I want to be able to use the right muscles to get the most out of it! Lauren checks in with you throughout your workout. I had some cautions in working out due to past injury’s and pain but Lauren was mindful of her workout plans and truly cares about how confident you feel. Her energy and encouragement make working out something you look forward to. I could continue to share how great training with Lauren thus far has been, but I truly think you’d see what I’ve shared and more in your first few sessions.
