Programs are designed using a balanced holistic approach covering the 3 pillars of wellness: motivations for the mind and spirit, fitness for strength, flexibility, and performance, and nutrition education, planning, and accountability. I'm all about getting the work done, but keeping it enjoyable!
Sessions include: Resistance exercises focusing on strength and stability using multiple modalities, such as TRX, dumbbells, barbells, bands, machines, and body weight. Metabolic training to improve endurance and boost fat loss, using various interval techniques. Myofascial release and stretching techniques to address muscular imbalances. Along with nutrition education to keep you on track.
