Hi! I've been training for 16 years in LA. I originally got into fitness when I was a cheerleader in high school and we had a military trainer. I became fascinated with fitness and how the human body adapts for performance, and I've been learning, growing, and experimenting ever since! I have a background in cycling, yoga, boxing, kickboxing, lifting, core specific strength, and cardio performance. My workouts are tailored for specific client goals and fuse all these listed modalities.
Improving strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination improves the quality of life of anyone at any age regardless of physical limitations due to injury or chronic conditions. I've worked with male and female clients of ages ranging from 14-90, many of which have had conditions or an injury history I had to account for in my program design. I love to push people to their limits but also have a supportive vibe so clients don't get frustrated or want to quit. Ana is the best trainer you will ever find. I have two herniated discs and previous knee injuries and she is phenomenal at working with me to get the best out of me, while being very aware of my injuries. She never tells me to push through pain which is a huge deal. There is a difference between injury pain and workout burn. I’ve noticed that a lot of LA trainers don’t have the awareness or physical intelligence to work with people who have been injured. She creates each work out specifically for each client. She’s absolutely the best trainer you will ever find!!
I’ve been training with Ana for over 10 years now and it’s been a wonderful, empowering & truly enjoyable experience! She has that rare combination of giving you just the right amount of motivation - always pushing you the find your edge - and just the right amount of encouragement, so that you feel amazing about where you’re at and how far you’ve come. I had the privilege of taking several of Ana's classes over the past few years. Including Power Sculpt, Cardio Kickboxing, Sweat Bootcamp, and her Yoga class are my all-time favorite compare to other trainers. I have to tell you that she rates among one of the best trainers here in LA. Even though she has an engineering degree from Penn University, I thought what??? Ana chose health and fitness as her second career, and I could tell it was her calling by the way she approaches training with passion. Being a woman in her 50s, I now feel extremely happy, confident, and physically fit after training with Ana. Not only is she both a caring and patient trainer, but most importantly she always makes sure I am exercising in the proper form to prevent injuries.
