Hello! I provide online personal training and help women & men who have been previously active, or are currently active who would like to reduce the risk of injury, weight loss (15lbs average) and improve overal health through online corrective exercise & personal training. Instruction is provided ONLINE and possible without the need for gyms, equipment, and in the comfort of your own home & schedule.
I received my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at the California State University, Northridge in Applied Fitness & Active Lifestyle Development. I received my Master's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion at National University. My certifications are through American Council on Exercise and include- Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor & Health Coach. I also hold certifications through Mad Dogg Athletics as a Spinning Level 1 & 2 Instructor. I am the owner of Empowered FitClub, an online based personal training coaching subscription service that provides nutrition logging, exercise videos and challenges.
I totally get it! Fitness can be overwhelming -- trust me I know, working in the industry means I come across a lot of different challenges. Also -- I'm human too. I have my weak moments and understand the challenges life can throw at us!
The great thing about challenges though is that they can be overcome,--especially with the support of your very own personal trainer (That's me waving at you!).

I’ve been training with Andrea for a few weeks now and I can already say that I am starting to see the definition change in my arms. She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions regarding lifting weights, cardio and weight loss. She is also an amazing resource on nutrition (most important) and motivates me to eat clean. Her workouts are challenging, fun and effective - she is clear on explaining every workout that we do and why we do it. I feel stronger after every workout and leaner as I’m starting to fit back into clothes that I thought I would retire. I am excited to continue training with her as I am seeing results physically and feel good mentally.
