I started training at the campus gyms under the Strength and Conditioning staff at Penn State. I’ve worked with all types of populations from youth to the disabled and elderly. A typical session with me involves attention to moving well before moving heavy and then treat everyone like they’re an athlete when we work together. I’m always organized and on time. I love helping people find their passion for fitness and make moving a habit that doesn’t have to be looked at as a leisure activity.
