Expect to train hard and work up a sweat, no half measures when it comes to fitness. I want you in shape as fast as safely possible. I would ideally like each of my clients to no longer need my help after 3-4 months. I like to use a combination of training styles from bodybuilding and power lifting to boxing and calisthenics to best serve my clients and help them achieve their fitness goals. I also like to use so many styles to better educate my clients on the various ways for them to get fit. Its not just about physical training its about TRANSFORMATION!

My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise has to be the deadlift, it uses multiple muscles, engaging the upper back, shoulders, glutes, and hamstrings. It is also very central nervous system intensive, which helps build the mind-muscle connection and change the body. You also always feel strong when you are performing them. Truly an exercise for the go muscles and the show muscles.

I’ve been working out with Chris for a while now. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and the workouts are challenging without being impossible. I’ve lost a lot of weight working with him that I don’t think I would have if I had tried working out alone. I’ve also built up a lot more muscle than I’ve ever had in my life.. actual pectoral muscles I can see (still too much flab around it, but I’ll keep working on that)

CCFITNESS has changed my life! I was a high school athlete over 10 years ago, gained the freshman 30 in college, and have had a gym membership on and off for the past 5 years, but I have never seen results like those that I have achieved after training with Chris over the last 9 months. I'm now in my early 30s, but I've lost almost 30 pounds and gained enough muscle to be able to lift more weight than I ever thought I would! This is my first experience with personal training, as it isn't common in the working-class community where I was raised, but I would highly recommend CCFITNESS to anyone of any socioeconomic status or background, because it really is worth it once you put things into perspective and realize that health must be one of your biggest properties, in order for you to be able to enjoy everything else in life. Chris is one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, fun, innovative, motivating, flexible and affordable trainers you will find in the area. I work 9-5 in a sedentary office environment in West LA, and I actually look forward to the commute for our evening sessions (3x/week with cardio and classes at the gym on my off days)! Not only has he educated me on fitness and tailored my workout program to my goals, limitations, etc., but he has also provided me with diet advice and meal planning, as well as recommended meal preparation services. CCFITNESS even offers couples and group training, so I'm excited to try some new and creative things in the future!
I've been with Chris for 6 months and he's really helped me gain my strength back mentally and physically. He's very knowledgeable of what works for certain people and pushes us in a way that is both affective and safe. He has both personal and group training, but I really enjoy working out with the ladies that come during my regular hours. He also added more times - 8am and 9pm - so I have more options in class times especially with my scheduled being all over the place. I would recommend Chris and CCFITNESS to anyone looking to start a normal work regimen, those who need a bit of a push out of their laziness, or those who want variety. He's fun, goofy, and keeps the workout moving without being militaristic.
