Hello my name is Emma! I'm a dedicated fitness professional, and I'm so excited to have the opportunity to help you along your journey to a healthier lifestyle! My job is to help you establish goals for your health and fitness, create a customized workout and nutrition plan, and increase your knowledge to help you achieve those goals. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, and have experience with age groups ranging from 10 years old - 70 years old. I specialize in circuit training, weight lifting, cardio training, and core and balance training. I am also now certified in pregnancy and postpartum training for all my new and expecting mamas. My goal is to keep you engaged in your workouts, to support you, to teach you, and to deliver results! I'm currently only taking clients willing to come to my personal training facility in Covina. My favorite client story

I have been working with this particular client for over a year now. She is in her early 60's, and had spent the last 20+ years working full time for a university in downtown LA, which didn't allow for much self care time in her schedule. She retired from her job last summer, and dedicated herself to improving her health. We have been working out together 3 days a week, incorporating cardio, strength, and HIIT training into her program, and she has also been on a strict diet plan. She has lost 20 lbs, increased her stamina and her strength significantly, and has been able to lower her dosage of high blood pressure medication. I have absolutely loved watching her progress!

My favorite exercise

Pull Ups! Because they challenge me so much, work multiple muscle groups at once, and deliver great results in strength and muscle definition.

My training philosophy

My philosophy is that it isn't one-size-fits-all. Each one of our bodies, lifestyles, needs, and goals differ from each other. Therefore, it is my job to get to know you as an individual to then fit your needs to the best of my ability.

My training experience

I worked for Orangetheory Fitness for over 5 years as a sales associate and coach, so my fitness career began in a group fitness setting. I then moved to one on one training 3 years ago, and since then have stuck to small groups and one on one training. I love a variety of different styles of training, and have had the opportunity to work with clients with a gamut of different goals, injuries, and specific needs.
