A typical session always begins with some form of dynamic stretching to warm up the muscles, then we jump into the workout. All workouts will change from person to person depending on many factors including goals, current physique, age, gender, etc. I’ve worked with general population and clients who were overweight. The types of clients I like to work with are young men who wanna lean down and make it a part of their lifestyle and women who wanna focus on their legs/glutes, and clients who just wanna be healthy and their primary concern isn’t to look like the model on that magazine. I became a trainer because I wanna help people reach their goals. We all wanna look good but fitness is more than just sporting six pack abs, it’s about living a healthier lifestyle so you feel better physically and mentally. That’s what I preach to everyone of my clients.
