About Gigi
My goal is to teach people how to alleviate pain in their life, and in the process, show them that through their specially designed programs they will not only feel better physically, but mentally as well. Many of my clients have had chronic pain in either their neck, back, or knees. Through my programming they are always shocked to find how much their pain alleviates, even after many have previously seen multiple doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists. With today's habits such as driving, sitting at a desk, or being hunched over on our phones, it is imperative to reteach our muscles and correct our posture, and simply MOVE our bodies. Growing up as a gymnast, I've always had a competitive and athletic nature. As an adult it was important to me to continue flexibility through yoga. Later, I found a love for weightlifting. I am currently a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu. I am a mother to a beautiful baby boy and am anxious to begin my own transformation! I have trained at 24 Hour Fitness and Equinox. The positive change fitness and overall healthy living has made in my personal life, through losing loved ones and beyond, was at one point unimaginable. Going through this journey and becoming the best version of myself has been my greatest accomplishment. I love what I do, and it is a true joy to share and teach what I have learned to others. My favorite client story
One of my clients could not look over her shoulder when switching lanes while driving due to neck pain/stiffness. She had been to doctors (chiropractors and physical therapists) and still did not have range of motion in her neck. After a few weeks with me, she was thrilled to tell me she could now look over her shoulder when driving! These stories never cease to amaze me.

My training philosophy
I believe in movement. Move your body, and undo pain that is resulted from poor habits and lack of movement. I thrive in retraining muscles, and guiding you to feel like a New Person. From people who have been told "you are too old to lift", or "this pain is forever", my mission is to prove them wrong. Through my coaching and personalized programs you Will Feel Improvement.
In every session, with every client, I am studying the body. I give each session my all. I listen to your body by watching and asking questions throughout the session. I will never have you work through pain. I fix it, and then we proceed.
I believe in nurturing the body through Hard Work and Recovery. I feel that Body Balance is the answer to chronic pain and healthy minds and bodies.
My training experience
I have personally trained since I was a kid. Growing up as a gymnast gave me the discipline I needed in fitness early on in life and love for healthy movement that will last a lifetime. After finishing my business degree and working a corporate job, I quickly learned I needed more. I now do what I love and share it with others. I have trained at 24 Hour Fitness and Equinox. During Covid I explored working Freelance and now train this way full time.

When I first came to Gigi, I was struggling with an arm injury and not making progress in the gym on my own. Gigi was quickly able to put me on a trajectory toward success. She was able to address both the physical and mental boundaries that I needed to overcome and push me past them in about 6 months. I have seen results with Gigi that I did not see working with other trainers. Her emphasis on mobility has translated directly into greater strength and balance and she has helped me maintain a level of fitness that I didn’t even have in my 20’s. Ultimately I feel very confident about my fitness.
I’ve been working with Gigi for 6 months now. Even though completely virtual, she’s been able to keep me motivated, help me build muscle, and most importantly help me feel strong throughout my entire pregnancy. Her efforts and passion are felt in each session. I look forward to my after pregnancy experience next and am so thankful for her advice, encouragement, and strength training.
