About Jessica

I used to struggle with eating disorder and body image issue since i was 14 years old. I started working out at age of 18 to lose weight and became a part of daily routine. Back in 2007, i got diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer and working out really helped me to go through chemo treatments and radiation treatments. A year after with all the treatments, i decided to become a personal trainer to help other people. A few years into working at the gym, i really wanted to adventure and help more people in my term that i opened my own studio in 2013 with 3 members.
I have seen a lot of people through out the years and i noticed that it is not just weight loss that people are struggling. People have problems and issues mentally, spiritually, and physically but don't know how to take care any.

Our mind, body, and brain are connected together that when one goes off, everything goes off. This is why diet never works, any exercise program , and any surgery don't work. I want to help people to change the lifestyle through changing their behavior and learn how to stress less.
