Hey! My name is Jay I am a certified personal trainer/coach!
I’ve been helping individuals reach their fitness goals whether that be fat loss, strength training, muscle building/toning, pre/post rehabilitation, powerlifting /bodybuilding or just an overall lifestyle change using proper programming and flexible dieting!
I’ve been a trainer for over 4 years and have experience training with a plethora of clients! I originally became a trainer because I had my own fitness journey, and I can honestly say that it changed my life! It changed my life in such a big way that I wanted to help and encourage others to do the same!
My goal for every client is to build a happier and healthier lifestyle sustainably!
