Kaley is a proud Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Professional Dancer based in Los Angeles, California and has worked with clients from all over the world. She has collaborated with brands such as Adidas, Fabletics, Gymshark, Six:02, PopSugar, CosmoBody to name a few. 




As a professional dancer, Kaley has graced the silver screen in Emmy Nominated TV Shows such as American Horror Story, Lip Sync Battle, Pitch Perfect 3, NBC’s The Voice, YouTube's Escape The Night and Todrick MTV. Additionally featured with various artists from Selena Gomez, Hailee Steinfeld to Jason Derulo, Big Sean, and Sevyn Streeter.




When training with Kaley, she focuses on giving everyone a personalized and motivational experience that really improves one's overall lifestyle. She offers sustainable wellness programs that combine nutrition, life hacks and multiple styles of fitness such as weight training, HIIT cardio, TRX - as well as dance elements such as ballet barre, jazz techniques and Hip Hop grooves.

My favorite client story

I am also a personal trainer at a law firm, and one of my clients there has struggled with back pain for most of her adult life. We've been working together for a few weeks now, only 1hr a week, working on full body endurance and strength as well as corrective exercises to work posture and core to relieve her back pain. She came in last week with happy tears in her eyes telling me she was pain free and was able to bend down and sit next to her grand daughter on the sidewalk for the first time ever!

It melted my heart that I got to really implement change in her and her granddaughters life, that is truly why I do what I do!

Kaley is not the first personal trainer I've worked with, but she's the first trainer that has made each session fun! I can feel myself get stronger, my endurance is improving, and I feel like I am on the right track to reach my goals. She's also incredibly knowledgeable about what she's doing and adjusts to what my personal needs are. I've been following her nutrition guidance and have been feeling a lot more energized throughout the day. That's also a huge component of why I'm such a fangirl - she's the whole package, not just a trainer you see once a week for some deadlifts and form check. I can't recommend her highly enough. If you like trainers that will make you work harder than you thought you were capable of, while imbuing you with the confidence that you can do it, definitely reach out to her. Ten thumbs up!
