About Kaley

Kaley Hatfield "KaleyKakes" is a proud NESTA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Professional Dancer based in Los Angeles, California. She has worked with clients from all over the world who have traveled to LA to train with her. She is a headliner at events such as Adidas, Fabletics, Gymshark, Six:02, PopSugar, CosmoBody, Racked LA, etc, and instruct some of the hardest and hottest new fitness classes. She was sought out by renowned celebrity trainer JJDancer to join her team as a Senior Master Trainer; and has been with her for the last 3 years. She has also been working with The Performance Lab of California as the Director of Corporate Wellness, Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Trainer, specializing in injury recovery for athletes.

As a professional dancer, she has graced the silver screen in Emmy Nominated TV Show Lip Sync Battle, Pitch Perfect 3, NBC’s The Voice, Escape The Night, Todrick MTV, and numerous award shows. She has also been seen with various artists such as Selena Gomez, Hailee Steinfeld, Jason Derulo, Big Sean, Sevyn Streeter, just to name a few.

When training with Kaley, she likes to get in touch and in tune with her clients, giving you an individualized and motivational experience that really takes your goals to the next level. You will be provided with a one of a kind, cutting-edge, custom fitness program that combines multiple fitness techniques, injury prevention, corrective exercises and even dance cardio. Because of her dance background, she utilizes ballet barre elements, jazz technique, and plyometrics as well as weight training, super setting, High Intensity Interval Training, and TRX training to give you any kind of fitness style that makes you empowered and motivated to be your best self!
