Everyone should incorporate strength training into their workouts because the stronger you are, the healthier you are and the better your overall body will perform. We were all born with muscles we need to exercise them. The more you move, the longer you will be able to move.
My favorite client story
A client that was overweight all of her life started training with me after she had lost some weight on her own doing cardio only but hit a plateau. She started getting more results, and has since gotten sooo much stronger. When people ask her what she is doing to look so good, she attributes it to starting to incorporate weight training into her workout routine. I have been training her for 2+ years now and she remains consist with her workouts.
My favorite exercise
Squats, Lunges and Dumbbell Snatches. I love overhead weight training because of how it brings out the shoulder muscles.

My training philosophy

My training experience
I have been training for 10 years now. I work with women 40+ and girls. I teach in-door rowing as well as on the water rowing. I also do team training & group training.
