Hey, I’m Nico, a fitness trainer from Miami, FL, and I know firsthand what it takes to overcome setbacks. I spent years dealing with back pain until I took control—educating myself in biomechanics and putting in the work to rebuild my body. Now, I help others do the same.


With experience at Equinox, I’ve guided clients through complete lifestyle transformations, combining conventional and unconventional training methods to keep workouts effective, engaging, and fun. My training philosophy

After overcoming my own back pain through biomechanics education and focused training, I’ve made it my mission to help others train smarter, not just harder. My approach blends conventional strength training with unconventional methods like kettlebells, maces, and mobility work to keep workouts effective, engaging, and sustainable.
