I don’t believe in diets but I do believe in living a healthy lifestyle. If you take it one day at a time, you will be living that healthy lifestyle.
I specialize in a mix of cardio, strength training and a relaxing stretch at the end of every session. I provide basic nutrition to keep you nourished properly.
The way I motivate people is using humor, I am not going to be that mean trainer people hate. I am someone who is patient, caring and truly want her clients to succeed. And that bullying stuff never works, just frustrates. Just because our training is over doesn’t mean you cannot contact me for any questions or concerns. I am here for you 100%
My favorite client story
My client had a different trainer for 2 years. The trainer was mean to her and wouldn't listen to her needs. She didn't realize there were nicer trainers out there. She finally decided to seek out another trainer and she found me. This was about 5 months ago and she is extremely happy now. She now enjoys looking forward to our sessions and has lost several pounds. She's also more confident and feels good about herself.
