Hi! I'm Sara, lifelong athlete and lover of all things fitness and wellness. I firmly believe that movement and nutrition are two items within our control, which we can harness their power and use them to change and enrich our lives for the better. Daily movement is a privilege, food is medicine and more importantly finding the balance between these and daily life is key. My fitness philosophy is to mix up your workouts and keep it interesting. You'll find a lot of core work, balance work and strength work in my sessions. I have background as a Lagree and barre instructor as well as my NASM CPT and nutrition certification. I also hold a BS in Kinesiology from CSU Fresno where I was a 4 year D1 scholarship lacrosse athlete (go dogs!). My true passion is mindful movement that brings JOY, nutrition that fuels the body to feel its BEST + sharing my knowledge for health and wellness with others. XO, Sara
