We will discuss exercise history, medical history, current or past injuries, examine posture, as well as covering eating habits and nutritional supplementation (if needed). This will help me to design a program that is right for you. I've been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 1994. I work with clients from all walks of life such as seniors, teenagers, full time moms, business executives, post physical therapy patients, etc. Whether you are looking for fat loss, muscle development, cardiovascular conditioning, improving posture, balance and coordination or any other goal, I will be able help. I work out of private gyms, provide In-House training, and teach in neighborhood parks. In addition, I teach breath work, meditation, and provide PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) sessions which helps with muscle and joint discomfort, swelling, bruising, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, and helps to provide an overall feeling of well being.
