Hi My name is Tyra Kennedy, I am new to training professionally but I have always love to help family and friends reach their personal weight loss goals. Over the past 5 years I have worked hard to achieve my own personal weight loss goals so I know how hard it is to get to that better version of yourself. I have worked with people who want to lose serious weight ( more than 30 pounds, including myself) and those who what to just gain muscle definition. No two people are the same so each workout I lead is to help each person train to the best of their ability. I am here to help others reach their personal goal so if you are looking for a positive motivator I'm your girl. I want to help others feel confident in their own skin!
