My favorite Client story is probably a good job responding to A basic fitness question online from a young lady inquiring about how to get in shape and watching her become not only a fitness professional but a professional CrossFit competitor over the course of a five-year period which started out as mentioned with a basic question about training, a complete novice!
My favorite exercise
I do not have a favorite exercise, for me it all start with the mentality and the approach to say I want to get better, healthier etc. and that is what makes me happy.
