HI my name is Briana, but go by Bri, I am a NASM certified personal trainer, with a special certification in body building and physique training. I have a passion for training and health. I currently help with lifestyle clients who's goal is to lose weight and become stronger. I also have experience in training for power lifting and bikini athletes. My session at 60 minutes each virtually. If applying to work with me, you must have some experience with weight lifting and have space for training.
When I am not training, I am a full time RN. So my availability is mostly in the late afternoons/ evenings.
